    I bought a property with her, for credit issues she recommended that I buy it in someone else's name and that I include it in the contract. At the last minute I was not in the contract and I tried to transfer it to the house. She promised me assistance and said that there would be no risk. In short, they took the house from me. I invested 250 thousand in improvements to the house. I do not recommend it.
